Bonito hotel, pero el aire acondicionado no enfria
Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HotelsEl hotel muy bonito, pero pésima noche porque el aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba. Y aunque me dijeron que en media hora se solucionaba, no fue así. La habitación seguía a 28 grados centígrados. Inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.

In general location and service are ok , but service person at counter need to do training. Hotel did not consider the customers who locked at hotel due to weather problem, but only take hotel and staffs easy job into consideration.
