Family chalet with sauna and terrace near the lake

The construction was completed in July 2022. The chalet offers unobstructed views of the mountains and the Poli ski slopes. It's just a short walk from the hiking trails and you're at Lake Longemer, just 5 km from the center of Gérardmer. The chalet offers a large 50 m² living room and a large children's area on the mezzanine. The chalet is divided into two levels, with a shower/bathroom and a toilet on each level.

The ground floor features a pleasant living space with a fully equipped kitchen (262L refrigerator, 30L freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). The living room with a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people opens onto a large wooden terrace with a 10-person dining table and lounge chairs.
The lounge area includes a sofa, coffee table, and a 145cm smart TV. A suite with a 160x200 cm bed and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.

The upper floor consists of two beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, and a sleeping area for children on the mezzanine with two bunk beds (90x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), including a trundle bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a 2-person electric sauna.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer shared with another apartment located on the ground floor. Access door with independent locking for each apartment.

Private parking spaces in front of the cottage. Sheets and beds are made upon arrival. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte's heating is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
