Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Well this was my first time glamping and WOW… this is the way to go!!.. simple.. quite!.. affordable.. it’s in the jungle with easy access to the beach and main road!.. free access to the beach club basic food and good drinks!!. Don’t miss the sunrise at the beach!! Absolutely glorious!!. As per service… wow wow wow!!. I never had such a great experience.. special thank you to Alejandra that went well above and beyond the call of duty!!. Beautiful person inside and out!!. Thank you for helping us out on our pitch!! Food was terrible if you combined the breakfast lunch and dinner menu there’s maybe 15 items the pool was filled with kids who I’m sure where not stayin at the property the drinks at this place were horrible not one good bar tender the beach club is filled with locals
