Pretty Hairy

The first room I walked into had hair all over the white comforter. Second room had hair on the shower walls but I didn’t even feel like complaining at that point because she said they had no rooms left.

Hotel was nice. Full fridge and kitchenette and table with two chairs. Stayed one night and didn’t try breakfast in bed. Fair price and I slept good. Not fancy but definitely not bad at all. I’d stay here again. Body wash dispenser was empty which was probably the only inconvenience.

Room was very noisy from neighbor rooms. Ice make was broken.

The first room we had smelt like animal urine and when we reported to the front desk gave us carpet spray. When we reported again the next morning they commented oh wow we have shampooed that three times.

Pros - It was quiet and easy to get in & out. I am being very generous when giving a 2 star. The hotel has about 3 people in total for staff. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody showed up to clean our room. Sheets & bed were just made, thats it, not cleaned or washed. When i looked down to pick up the remote from the floor, there were pringle cans and chips all over under the bed. The card key is a single use version, although the staff said it isn't suppose to do that. I had to get the card rekeyed about 7 times during the 2 day stay. I will never recommend this place .

Very friendly & helpful staff. Felt safer seeing all of the security cameras mounted throughout the bldg & ability to see the camera screens viewable at front desk. Not a great neighborhood, which I wasn't aware of until after getting to town; however the hotel / staff can't control that. It's clear all efforts are being made to keep the space safe for patrons & that ownership clearly cares.
