The Hilton Hotel in Yaounde falls short in several aspects. Their expensive transfer service lacks transparency, and inquiries go unanswered. Reception staff are cold, lacking in warmth and enthusiasm. The rooms feel outdated, with carpets exacerbating mosquito issues. Breakfast service is marred by rude management and unsmiling waitstaff, who appear bothered by requests and disorganized. Additionally, overheard negative remarks from staff contribute to an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, this hotel's ranking seems inflated due to lack of competition. Rating: 4.5/10.

Superb as Usual!

Superbe séjour, superbe Equipe! As usual! Merci à l'équipe de la réception : la superbe et souriante Lionelle qui a fait mon check in et check out et à su anticiper et répondre au moindre besoin. Merci à la belle équipe de réceptionnistes: Denise, Mildred et Elizabeth vous avez été à l'écoute, super avenantes et souriantes. Merci à l'équipe du Safoutier pour le petit déjeuner toujours au top, une mention spéciale à Larissa qui était déjà à l'écoute l'année dernière et qui reste fidèle à elle même dans la maîtrise de son art pour l'accueil le sourire et la communication. De même, merci à Ibrahim (équipe du dîner)pour sa douceur et son écoute. Il prend le temps de communiquer et d'écouter. Merci à Elizabeth et Rahab pour leur service. Merci à l'équipe du ménage, en remontant du petit déjeuner ma chambre était toujours impeccable ! Spécial Merci à Florence qui a su rendre la chambre des mariés aussi chaleureuse que romantique avec sa décoration cocooning. Merci à l'équipe de la Conciergerie, plus précisément à Léon qui était humainement incroyable et m'a aidé à sauver quelques minutes de batterie, mon téléphone étant à plat. Merci à Luc le Maître Nageur qui veille à la sécurité des résidents, ainsi que pour ses précieux conseils en natation. Merci à l'équipe du Panoramique au 11eme qui a rendu notre 31 décembre inoubliable, l'ambiance était au rdv! Merci pour les délicieux mocktails et la parfaite tenue des serveurs. Merci à l'équipe du wellness!

Generally very good we would like to come back, but the lady at the salon/ nails and hair was very condescending.
