Holiday Home 'Ca La Morancica' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Ca La Morancica offers beautiful mountain views and is located in Yátova, 500 metres from the town centre. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people (please consult the host for the maximum permitted capacity if you are more guests). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, television, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, terrace, two balconies, and a large barbecue, ideal for a relaxing and pleasant stay. From midnight onwards, music and loud talking are not allowed; you are encouraged to converse harmoniously and enjoy the outdoors. The village offers two venues with a pub, darts, table football, and live music for those who want nightlife. There are free parking spaces for motorbikes inside the property and street parking for cars next to the house. Smoking inside the house and hosting noisy events or extra guests are not permitted. The property offers a convenient self check-in system.
