The Hotel was amazing, but the location will surprise you with the fall. This is a place to enjoy and relax.

Run far away from this hotel

Wow.. where to start..... Hotel hard to find, room condition equal to or less than a motel 6. Pillows flat, bedspread new in 1980, sheets paper thin, table coming apart, sink sprays really hard can barely wash your hands without getting everything on the counter wet, shower head sprays 50% of the water up to the ceiling, 25% over the shower curtain and 25% in the shower where it should be, and to top it all off.... the writeup for the hotel ways you get a free breakfast.... WELL YOU DONT GET ONE... Had to prove it to them that it came with the hotel booking by proving it to them and they still refused to give us a free breakfast. Will never ever come close to this place again.

The location next to a waterfall might be the best of everything. Quiet área. Other tan that it´s not close to dowtown Tlaxcala. As a matter of a fact it´s difficult to get in and out without a car. The hotel staff is slow, extremely slow. The room and the overall condition is very bad. Everything is worn out and nothing has been invested in the hotel rooms. From filthy carpets over old, old bathrooms. Wireless internet hardly Works.

This was a great hotel. The property is beautiful with its scenery. Especially that waterfall. The rooms are a bit runned down but it goes with the hacienda style of the hotel. Staff was very nice. Restaurant is good but a bit pricey.

Pleasant Stay

Our saty in this hoyel was quite pleasant. We enoyed the food at the restaurant and in our room when we ordered room service. The hotel was quite clean with the exception of the jacuzzi on the day before we were leaving. We were amazed by the view of a waterfall and a volcanoe. We enjoyed a lot the indoor, heated pool. The people were courteous. I highly recomend hotel Mision Tlaxcala.

Llegue al hotel a encontrar a la Policia Federal Mexicano en posecion del hotel, sin dar admision a nadie, Policia informo que llevaban mas de una semana clausurando el hotel.

Me pusieron en una habitación de 2 camas cuando yo pedí solo 1, me reasignaron y la habitación olía horrible, al final tuve que aceptar la habitación cambiada, los alimentos malos lo único bueno fue el servicio

La alberca era un horno, no había suficientes lugares con sombra para descansar, estuvieron haciendo arreglos para un evento en la zona de descanso lo que fue molesto. En fin salvo por eso me parece que es un hermoso lugar con espacios desperdiciados y mala organización en el areas que deberían ser para estar tranquilo.

No respetan horario de entrada

La entrada se supone que es a las 3 y la habitación me la dieron una hora y media después por qué la estaban limpiando . Eso se me hace una falta de seriedad . Una hora y media para limpiar una habitación que fue dejada por el huésped anterior a las 13:00 horas . Pésimo servicio
