One of the best budget Japanese hotels we've stayed at so far. More spacious, better bathroom fixtures, very clean and looks new. Very near Kannai Station but not that many shops and restos that we prefer.

the room is not clean comparing with other hotels in Japan Not easy to find the parking entry
