We got a situation this time, we stay at 3 rd floor, and the room above us made so much noise, shaking the room almost midnight. This is the first time we had the problem, we called the front desk to explain the issue.. they took it seriously then called us back to let us know they did let that people know, so they stop running up and down and shake the room. But the last night of stayed they did it to us again. Our experience for next time booking, we like to book the top of the hotel as we can to avoid that issue.
This time Yorba Linda Ayres hotel is so busy than the time before we stayed. But we are very appreciated the staffs, they are very helpful.

The fitness room was clean, had plenty of clean towels for guests to use during their workout and free water to hydrate. The hotel had all the necessities to have a relaxing shower and a restful night. Really good breakfast. Loved how the check out is at noon so I did not feel rushed in the morning. Overall very happy with my stay. Will definitely return.
