Beautiful views, friendly staff and close to many shops, antique stores, historical sites all within driving distance. Only complaint were rooms were not soundproof enough and we could hear the next guest’s conversations and kids running above us. Otherwise, it was a great experience! Would definitely revisit and recommend!!

Kind and friendly staff, with lots of parking. However the stay would have been enjoyable if my wife and i could have slept. The bed was the worst i have ever been on in 40 years! This resulted in both of us being dog tired with body aches.

Staying preseason is very affordable and has great views of the ocean. I could see Nubble, and Boon clearly from the 3rd floor balcony outside of the room.

Great location/Noisy rooms

Hotel was clean and a great area across from the beach. We stayed in the atrium which we would not do again. Pool outside our room and kids were screaming in there at 9am for two hours. Walls of rooms were super thin could hear everyone’s conversations and TV. Really loved the location so wondering if rooms in other building were any better.

Sign said what was offered for breakfast… yogurt and bagels. I took a yogurt and the front desk lady who did not even greet me ran after me like I was committing grand theft. I didn’t really want the yogurt but apparently it’s only for specific rooms? That’s fine but the sign should be more clear. Front desk staff seemed more focused on phone customers than guests.

Great location but the main building is old and everytime somebody went by on the balcony outside our room the floor shook. Clean enough. Restaurant is only open on weekends in April.
