Introducing 23 Bishopgate Street. A superbly stylish, conveniently located and sumptuously furnished 2 bedroom holiday let. Located on the edge of Bishopthorpe Road, the Notting Hill of the North, the property benefits from being just a couple of minutes walk from all that York has to offer.

With a fully open plan ground floor area incorporating a chic dining area, modern fitted kitchen and designer living space, the house comes with all mod cons including a 55” TV with Netflix installed, a Nespresso machine, PURE radio with bluetooth connection, full size Miele fridge freezer, to name a few.The house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a modern, homely feel. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling, hand crafted sliding wardrobes with plenty of space for unpacking those suitcases and a view of York's city walls.

The dining area is filled with art from local, York based artists including a tongue in cheek original painting of tipsy post races goers wandering down Petergate. Thought has been put into every aspect of the interior design of this holiday let taking all needs into consideration. The dining room also houses a wood burning stove to keep you cosy during the Winter.

The back courtyard has outdoor seating for 6 during the Summer months and if you are bringing a dog with you, it's a nice, secure space for them to get some fresh air and stretch their legs.

York Racecourse is an 8 minute walk away so an easy commute for race goers. Whether you are planning a day at the races with family or friends, 23 Bishopgate St is ideally located for you.

Best York Location

The house was a wonderful contemporary design with many great design features. The location - across from the wall - and within walking distance of all Yorks' attractions was perfect. The house is located on a street with a selection of great restaurants AND the Pig and Pastry - I am sure the best breakfast in York! The street also has shopping for groceries including specialty shops. Perfect!
