Well equipped cosy type cottage, great for the dogs, enclosed garden, lovely quiet location, lots of equipment, nice bedrooms, linen & towels spotless, TV in all bedrooms was great, good size rooms & was lovely & warm place for winter.Was reasonably clean, however one toilet seat was cracked & downstairs seat was very dirty in all crevices, had to clean before use, yellow staining on shower mat so we washed &toilet mat too, Kitchen desperate for upgrade & very tiny & sink was brown stained, had to clean,Deep clean needed everywhere really. A bit tired overall & in need of some TLC . But we enjoyed our stay it was a great base for Yorkshire coast. Hope it's constructive feedback. We left all spotless.

Very comfortable cottage. Lovely Landlady Ann was incredibly helpful and informative. We loved it.

Very warm and cosy cottage. Lovely landlady. Very welcoming. Had a fabulous stay with my hubby, sister and 2 dogs. Lots a birds to see in the garden for any bird lovers.

Ann ist eine sehr liebe Vermieterin, sie hatte Kekse und Tee fĂŒr uns bei Ankunft bereitgestellt :-)) Das Haus ist mega gemĂŒtlich, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, selbst der Hund war glĂŒcklich in seinem eingezĂ€unten Garten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!! Vielen Dank liebe Ann wir wĂŒnschen Dir und Deinem Mann alles Gute und hoffentlich bis bald :-))

Nice place, but a few issues

Accommodation needs some TLC. Need a file of up to date information in a logical format for arrival. We were met with lots of verbal information when we had only just arrived.. So we didn't take it in. We texted as planned our ETA, but didn't receive a reply and so we were worried when we arrived. Very dirty and mouldy BBQ grill which we had to clean before we could use it. Heating and hot water controls not explained properly and antiquated. Many good things about the accommodation, but overall lacking maintenance.
