Wrong room and bad key
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe stay at this hotel everytime we come home. It has an amazing continental breakfast and the rooms are always clean. We were missing a privacy sign and stayed a couple of days this time. We had multiple knocks on our door by the cleaners because of this. We also booked a single King bed room and ended up with two queens. Also not a big deal but it wasn't what we booked which is a bit frustrating. Also got back from our day for the second night and our room key didn't work for our room.

Kevin, We apologize for the incovience with housekeeping and with the room key. When rennovations are done, we will no longer have problems with the keys, as for housekeeping. It will be discussed. Unfortunately at 3am i had to pack my bags and leave the room. From. 11:30 to 3am I experienced several welts on my back, neck, and arm while i was laying in bed. I packed up my things and the front desk gave me a new room. They were very apologetic. Once I layed down in the new room i didn't get anymore welts and was able to sleep. Everything else about the stay was satisfactory.

Very nice hotel to stay in. I wouldn't give the Applebee's any good reviews but other than them, this was great

Nice that they are connected to Applebees.. very convenient. We had a pet friendly room very conveniently located near to exits. But it needs some TLC. The drapes were falling off the window, the bathroom door was peeling apart and paint dripping down baseboards to the floor. Overall the room was clean and ok.
