On arrival the staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious, comfy bed and a great size bathroom too. The views were amazing. Gorgeous breakfast. Could not fault it

Extremely poor!

Poor quality pillows, very hard to sleep on. Quilt needed to be bigger and also it was too think, no option of a blanket in wardrobe. No sleep was had. Noise from room above like they were gonna come through the ceiling. Toilet hard to flush. Breakfast was minimal at best! Different options of eggs should be provided and not needing to be asked for with a wait of up to fifteen minutes. No option for tomatoes, hash browns. No continental options, yogurt and fruit very minimal. No fresh fruit to choose from at all.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Nice grounds outside and a short walk to the bird of prey centre, which is worth a visit. No complaints about my stay there!
