Fun getaway with friends
Publié le 2 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayTwo old college friends and I had a fantastic stay at the cabin, exploring the valley and the mariposa grove. The cabin was great, comfortable and clean. Hanging out on the deck after a day of hiking was outstanding truly! Make sure you bring your own spices and oil for cooking or sugar for coffee!

Spacious and Comfy Cabin
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Cabin 24 in the Redwoods in Yosemite. The cabin had several amenities. Decor is dated but the woodsy atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. Internet was reliable. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Tree roots made parking a bit challenging.

Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the openness in the cabin and the outside deck. Some basic necessities were missing. Salt, pepper, sugar and shampoo were needed to be brought in. Staff was very prompt to fix a broken toilet. We loved the fireplace. Great location in the park.

Poor Communication - Horrible Fees
Publié le 11 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur trip was very stressful as there was no communication on how we were to access our cabin even after repeatedly emailing the host and asking for several days prior to arriving. Barely stumbled on office before they closed at 5pm. Cabin was lovely, however heater did not work, and fees tacked on increased nightly fee to $548 - 40% more than advertised. Way overpriced with no communication.

Looking into this, you were emailed your confirmation letter on 8/17/2023 at 1:27PM upon booking to the email you put on file. These emails are sent automatically, and show that you viewed this email attachment.
Upon asking us about the check-in instructions a few days prior, we let you know that the email was sent, and then re-sent it once more. We then also sent you your email over the VRBO messages just in case the email was incorrect and you were not receiving it, which unfortunately happens from time to time.
We apologize if you did not receive the emails or the message sent.
although the office closes at 5PM, late arrivals can easily access their packets with no issues in an easily accessible location shared in the booking confirmation.
We again apologize for any miscommunication, or issues that you had during your stay. We strive for the best customer service and if you would like to reach out to talk to us about this further, we would be happy to! Issues like these are very few and far between, but we are always happy to discuss them for possible solutions!

Publié le 21 août 2023 sur HomeAwayI was really nice but one thing it had Nothing for Cleaning off the counters. I Recommend at least. So paper towels And one Cleaning. bottle to wipe down the counters. Other than that everything was just great..

In regards to cleaning off the counters, we provide reusable towels for environmental purposes, and there are also cleaning products underneath the sink in each cabin.
