Clean property, thinner walls, need to walk to their sister building for fully loaded breakfast, sauna and exercise facilities, but super quiet corner property with peeking balcony view of sun moon lake on the 5th floor.

Comfortable stay and value for money

This hotel does not offer lake view lake but we were happy for its location being a short walk from the pier on a quiet street. The staff members were friendly. There was a front desk and manned although Hotel.com website says no - perhaps because it was new year time that we stayed. The room was very spacious (even having two double beds in) and clean. There's no gym or recreational facilities on site but guests could use those in another hotel down the road (1 to 2 min walk). The breakfast was average. Overall it was value for money.

The hotel's facilities are near zero as they are basefor at the main br at a distance walk. Good bed and quiet location for a rest after a long drive though. Slightly over priced.

Great quiet location

Sun Moon Lake is an amazing area. This hotel is on the other side of the lake. Quiet location. Away from the hustle abd bustle. Unfortunately there are no views. One side is a green wall and the other is city views. But basically looking into neighbor's windows. Service is very friendly and very clean rooms. The bikes are not in great condition. It's better to rent one from a shop just down the road. The breakfast is taiwanese but we enjoyed it. I would go back. But maybe to the other location just around the corner with lake views.

Unhelpful staff

No staff bothered to help us with our luggage. I was traveling with my aged parents and two young kids, it's very apparent that I needed some help. That being said, the location is rather convenient, very close to the main "shopping street" in the area. Room space is also acceptable, but breakfast may require some improvement.

Convenient and clean hotel

Good locations to catch the boat for lake tour, convenient amenity near this hotel, hotel is clean, room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good though we have to go to another hotel nearby. Same for sports facilities like the swimming pool and pool tables are located at the other hotel nearby.

Great stay for Sun Moon Lake

Very well run, comfortable and convenient hotel. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent. Only small grouse was that room had no view. However, the back of the hotel led directly to the boardwalk to the cable car so good for morning walks.

Nice hotel but facilities are in another hotel

The hotel is nice and clean, but the facilities are in another hotel 100m down the road. Only breakfast is within the same building. The pool water is a bit cold. Hot water jacuzzi is only available separately for men and women in the sauna/changing room. Breakfast choices for westerners are very limited, basically bread, butter and jam only.

We had a wonderful stay!!

This hotel is part of a chain, so even though our hotel didn't have a pool we could use the pool and other facilities in the hotel down the street. So all the perks but half the price. Staff were excellent and there is a reception unlike what you are told when you book. Room was clean, beds super comfy!!! We had such a wonderful stay and would stay again.
