Great place to stay if in need of a hotel close to the mining experience. We were upgraded from a 3star room to a 4star one which was a nice gesture. The room is spacious and comfy; staff are polite. The only minus is the fact that I asked for a twin room and was put in a double bed one where we had to separate the beds ourselves. Other than that it was a near perfect stay.

It was comfortable and within walking distance to the shopping areas

Food is good, staff is helpful. Dont like that there is no assistance when you arrive and when you leave

Quality hotel on the outskirts of Zabrze

Pros: Staff, price, location.
Cons: Automatic lights didn't come on when I entered the corridor.
Location: Near number 3 tram route, so a reasonably straightforward journey to/from town.
Needed a place on this side of town – Diament suited my purposes perfectly. Great staff, comfortable lodging, working WiFi, rain showers in the bathroom.
