Måtte vente nesten 3 timer på å få rommet siden bestillingen ikke hadde blitt registrert på hotellet. Fikk da heller ikke den romtypen som vi hadde bestilt. Vi prøvde oss på all inclusive, da inntrykket vi fikk av personalet var at den var bra. For en vegetarianer og en med glutenintoleranse, så var dette et dårlig valg, da det eneste den med glutenintoleranse kunne spise var ris. Maten er verken merket med hva det er eller allergener, og servitører vet ikke selv hva det inneholder. Maten når vi bestilte fra restauranten/baren var god, men tok gjerne 1,5 time å få selv om det bare var en vanlig burger. Visse ansatte var svært innpåslitne og skulle absolutt alltid ta på oss (ta oss i hånda, på skuldra, armen osv), og når vi sa ifra at vi ikke ville at den skulle gjøre det, ble personen bitter. Vi hadde også mye problemer med låsen på døren til rommet, hvor en dag nøkkelen var blitt mistet av housekeeping. Nøkkelen vi fikk levert tilbake passet ikke døren, så en nøkkel til rommet var på avveie som gjorde at vi måtye passe ekstra på tingene våre. For å få rommet vasket, måtte man levere inn nøkkelen sin, og da alt tar ekstremt lang tid, fikk vi ikke tilgang på rommet før sent på ettermiddagen igjen. Fint med basseng, da havet er veldig lavt om dagen. Kommer ikke til å reise tilbake hit.

Typical party spot with no attention to details. Staff friendly but poorly trained. Windy all the time ( that’s the beauty of this spot ) lots of insects everywhere! ( I understand the location and all but we spent some time in different hotels and they managed it much better !!! ) Good breakfast.

Dear Pawel,thank you for the time you took to share your feedback. Currently there was a change of management and this could have an negative impact on the staff members. Due to the pointing out we will focus on our staff profesionalism.As mentioned on our sites there is once a week party, however only 1 night in a week.

Das Resort und der Tiki Beach Club haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Vielen Dank an Alina und ihr Team für den schönen Aufenthalt!Die Live Musik mit den DJs war ein besonders Erlebnis.

I can highly recommend staying here and enjoyed every day, that I spent there. The resort is beautifully located (right on a postcard-perfect beach), well maintained and run by wonderful people. If you are searching for a relaxed and beautifully located place to spend your holidays, you can stop your search right here. :) Just book! Due to it's own kite school, Palm Tree Resort is also a good pick, if you are a kite surfer or if you are (like me) just trying to find your way into the sport. The team at the kite school was just as nice as the team in the hotel. I can also recommend to book here, if you are working remotely, The WiFi is particularly fast and stable compared to any other place, that I tried on Zanzibar. Writing this review I also searched for negative points, but honestly couldn't find any. It's just perfect value for money and also my new go-to-place on the island. I am already looking forward to come back!

Relax and enjoy

Well located, with a nice view of the sea. A bungalow with A/C and a private WC is recommended. Good people but lazy staff "Hakuna Matata" aka relax and wait, wait and wait... If you try to change anything in your food, don't expect to be acknowledged. Awesome fruit and juices. For sure anyone who comes will enjoy but don't forget "Hakuna Matata"
