A few things I’d like to mention about our stay: • The elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. • The flooring in the room made quite noticeable squeaking noises. • The room’s window had very poor noise insulation, and outside noise and street car was quite audible. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast team worked hard to keep everything well-stocked and organized. Overall, the main issue with this hotel is the condition of its facilities — the flooring and windows could really use some renovation.

Good location, clean, basic hotel

This is a well-located, slightly better than no-frills hotel, more like a bed and breakfast with food but no maid or other services. It's five minutes to the lake and train station, on a street with several restaurants and shops. A small but varied range of breakfast choices was offered; coffee and other beverages were available all day (alcohol on an honor system). The room was spacious, if sparsely appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. I was grateful they loaned me a power adapter when I realized I had bought the wrong kind.

Thank you the hotel staff for accommodating a jet lagged traveler who arrived in the morning. They offered the first room available so that I could check in early and get some much needed sleep. I appreciate that so much and I will definitely stay at the Ni-Mo again.

Area was top notch but didn’t like the property. You could hear people walking on top floors and it was very disturbing while sleeping. AC didn’t work neither the fan provided. Location is the only plus for this place.

Clean hotel in Zurich with great breakfast

Clean hotel, contactless entry/parking, make sure to write down door code because nobody is there at checkin to help. Breakfast was excellent with great attention to detail. Parking was arranged in advance and next to hotel.

Staff very helpful, would go out of way to help the clients, very safe area and transport just almost outside, THEY MUST RE-ARRANGE ROOM, Sink in the room(no). Would stay again but in different toom. We had premium double room with balcony, its a one room and sink in the room, although, it did show in pictures.
