It was a fine stay. New and comfortable rooms, nice bed. From the negatives: next to train way so there is noise until late night and from early morning, staff in the bar in the evening seemed to be overwhelmed and overworked despite only few customers - we had to wait at least 30 min just to get an order

Had an excellent stay here for one night. Check in and check out process was smooth. We were even given our room earlier than check in time as we had arrived early in Zurich. The room/ beds were extremely comfortable- we had a good night’s sleep. The hotel itself is very close to train station and therefore very easy to commute to anywhere.

There were a lot of windows and one of them was missing a curtain, so it was impossible to sleep once the sun came up. The second night, we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed, which helped a little. Also, the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was frosted glass, so when I went into the bathroom early to get ready for the day, the light in the bathroom came through the wall and into the bedroom where my husband was trying to sleep; he had to put a pillow over his face. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. And we enjoyed having a COOP just a few steps away. You’re also steps away from public transportation.
