Although I arrived much earlier than expected, they kindly offered me a room upgrade and early check-in at a very reasonable price. The hotel’s location was excellent — within walking distance to the Parliament Buildings, major tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Elvie and Ario, in particular, provided cheerful and friendly service."
