"Hotel is very well located, that's about it. Rooms are old and dirty. The carpets had a smell, as well. There were stains in the bathroom ceiling and small holes in the wall from the door. There is not hair dryer in the room. The bathtub was shower curtain was dirty and smelly! I would give the staff 0 stars. Being in hospitality and owning a business, I would love to be aware that my receptionist (the asian girl who worked on Saturday May 23rd at 3:15pm) is rude and condescending. I previously called at 2pm to see if the room was ready (she answered "no room is ready right now, bye) because when we arrived at 10:30am to the hotel, the gentleman who received us was kind and told us they would us when the room would be ready. Arriving at 3:15, the room was ready. She was not friendly and unpleasant. Will definitely avoid for $550 a night!! We have stayed at the Fairmount and Chelsea inn before, and we definitely recommend!"
