"Le système de chauffage/climatisation était non fonctionnel et le problème n'a pas été réglé durant notre séjour de 3 jours. Le matelas est de mauvaise qualité, sans support. Le store obstructeur de lumière est brisé. Le contrôle de la température de l'eau dans la salle de bain est difficile et le débit d'eau est insuffisant. En gros, les installations ont besoin d'être mises à jour/rénovées. Les gros plus: l'emplacement tout près du métro et les chargeurs électriques dans le stationnement de l'hôtel."

"I’d honestly suggest booking directly through the property instead of using Expedia. During booking, Expedia made it seem like breakfast and parking were included, but at check-in I was charged $46 per night for parking. Then at checkout, my deposit was used to cover breakfast because apparently it wasn’t included after all. The stay eventually went far beyond my budget, especially for what turned out to be an old refurbished room. I later found out the hotel is divided into three separate wings. Unfortunately, I was placed in the older wing with the basic-rate rooms, while my friend who booked directly through the hotel stayed in the newer blue wing, which was much more modern and well maintained. At first I genuinely thought the entire hotel was outdated until I visited my friend’s room and realized the difference. Had I known this earlier, I honestly wouldn’t have booked. Just do your research carefully so you don’t end up regretting it later."
