"Few upgrades needed: -fridge is noisy - towels are not soft - TV needs upgrade Overall the place is excellent with its location. There is Farm boy grocery store few blocks away. The parliament is walking distance even for seniors. Dollarama close by. The unit is equipped with daily needs as a suite."

"Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Clean, new facilities. The games room in the basement was great for the kids to run around. Breakfast was also pretty good. The only criticism is the staff was a bit slow to respond to requests. I had asked for a crib weeks in advance and at check in they said it would already be set up in the room, it wasn’t, so I called to get one before I left for the day, they said no problem. But when I got back after 8pm it still wasn’t set up. I had to wait for someone to come and finally set it up before putting the cranky baby down. Also we were expecting housekeeping to tidy up the room after our first night but when we got back to the room it had not been cleaned and we were told they don’t do cleaning unless asked…and it was too late to get it done. This was confusing and disappointing since usually the default is that your room is cleaned unless you put a sign on your door saying do not disturb."
