Book a hotel near Bay Centre, Downtown Victoria

"Very disappointed in our room. Although we are not dog owners we were put in a room that allowed dogs and the room smelled musty and unpleasant. The room was just above the garage entrance and we heard an annoying noise every time the automatic door opened and closed for every vehicle that entered or exited. Breakfast was very good and dining area staff were excellent."

"This is a nice hotel. Hope they will add free breakfast in the future. We were upgraded for a larger room(30$ a night), but we did not need it. It was a little bit noisy outside as we were beside the lift."

"Stay was great. The place is accessible and location is good. The room was good although a window with a better view would have been nicer rather than watching the back alley of the next building. "

"The staff are professional and engaged. The restaurant in the roof had decent food but the service was just ok. Room was very nicely laid out and roomy. Hotel’s location close to the harbour, the BC museum, and downtown shopping etc. would stay here again. "
