"Check in was late by 1 hour . Had to ask Front Desk several times as room was not ready at 3 pm as promised. I asked for a check out at 12 noon to compensate for the late check in and was disallowed by the front desk."

"Terrible experience from start to finish. At check-in, I waited about 15 minutes while the only employee at the desk was on the phone. When he finished, he helped two guests who arrived after me before finally checking me in. He then interrupted my check-in to assist another guest. I felt completely ignored. The room was in poor condition. It had a strong moldy smell, the headboard was peeling badly, the room felt dusty and unclean, The toilet had visible fecal residue, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The next morning, I discovered the bathtub drain was completely clogged. Water quickly pooled in the tub and a foul-smelling, cloudy substance came up through the drain, making the shower unusable. Because of the smell and overall condition of the room, I barely slept and checked out at 6:30 a.m. I reported these issues at checkout and received no apology or acknowledgment. Despite the poor condition of the room and the service issues I experienced, I was still charged the full rate. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and far below what I expected from a Wyndham property. Given the condition of the room and the significant service issues I encountered, I believe a refund or other compensation would be appropriate."
