I paid a 100.00 security deposit and still have not received the credit for it. Room was in excellent condition when we left. Reception said it would take up to a week to get the credit on CCard back. Its been a week and still no credit for the 100.00.

The hotel is fine. Used to be high caliber with resturant and staff. Now seems a bit rundown and all electronic re door codes etc. In general staff friendly and responsive. Key point is this area of london has went super down hill.

The downside is that it's now right next door to a homeless shelter, which did bring up security concerns.
