We booked this hotel through Expedia for a family stay in Montreal. Upon arrival, the room temperature was already at 24°C. We lowered it and went to the pool. When we returned, the temperature had increased to 25°C, then 26°C. We called the front desk multiple times. After over an hour, a staff member came and only pressed the same thermostat buttons we had already tried, knowing the issue would not be resolved. The hotel then offered another room. When we arrived, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and completely unacceptable, especially in 2025 and even more so with children — one of whom is asthmatic. We had no choice but to leave the hotel around midnight and drive back to Gatineau with three children. The hotel advised us to contact Expedia. We are requesting a full refund for this stay due to unsafe and unacceptable conditions, and the complete failure to provide a suitable room.

My kids though let the property looked very fancy/expensive, even though it was affordable for me. They absolutely LOVED the pool and slide and asked when we would be able to come back for another night.

Room was clean and newly renovated. However rest of the hotel needs a lot of updating. The pool and slide was great hit with the kids however there was no change room nearby and it was right beside the back entrance. A lot of people were entering the pool area with their winter boots so made the pool dirty.

Stayed last minute Christmas Eve . I didn’t get to see other parts of the hotel due to my short stay. The restaurant was closed so I cannot rate the food and service. Hotel staff said it was closed due to the holiday but didn’t make any other suggestions . However, the room was amazing. Modern, with touch screen functions on mirror and thermostats, microwave and mini fridge that is not obstructive. Nice wood floors , no carpets. My allergies thanked me!Gotta love ❤️ that! Plush bed and fluffy pillows. Crisp and white. Rain shower stall. I will be coming back!

There was yelling and banging going on all night, tried calling the reception desk but there was no answer. Upon going down to the front desk the receptionist had the phone left on the counter preventing any calls from coming in. The security then failed to do anything about the noise because we didn’t know where it was coming from in the hotel.

I definitely would stay here the next time I need a hotel near the Montreal airport. The room was very nice and extra clean. Very good mattress and good quality linens. Also great staff and the shuttle service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed at different ones near the airport and this by far was the nicest.

I had to wait over 20 minutes just for the two customers in front of me to be served. One of them had to return to reception because the room they were given was already occupied, which is concerning, especially for solo travellers. The room itself was clean and decent, however it was extremely noisy. Throughout the night there were loud bangs that felt like the entire place was shaking. My sleep quality was awful, and for that reason alone I would not recommend staying here. On a positive note, the shuttle service worked well, and both drivers I had, one at night and one in the morning were lovely.
