Take a deep, relaxing breath and begin and end each day on your private, sun-kissed balcony with the sight of the sunbeams hitting the 25 mountain peaks all around you, including Three Sisters, Lawrence Grassi, Ha Ling and Rundle Range.

After an exhilarating rain shower or relaxing bath in the oversized soaker tub, you’ll think you’re in a spa when you wrap one of the thick luxury bath towels around you.

Your mountain paradise is ready for you to explore. Just a short walk from the Canmore Trail System and the Bow River, you are minutes from one of cleanest rivers in the world. NOTE: Our condo is a convenient, central location close to everything with panoramic mountain views. We constantly receive very positive feedback on the location of this property. You are literally a short walk to restaurants, art galleries, the Bow River, the list goes on! Many people leave their vehicle parked their entire stay. Being downtown also brings some street noise, both from vehicles and people. If you're light sleepers, we suggest running the bedroom floor fan on low for light ambient white noise. We stayed at Nadine and Derek’s condo during the 2025 Canmore Folk Festival. The location was a perfect walk to the festival site. It was the perfect size for 2 couples with mountain views on three sides. It was stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The condo was very clean. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We would highly recommend this condo.

We loved this property. The location was great. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice having the secure garage and elevator. The mountain views were beautiful.Check in was easy - all information, directions and codes were correct. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout of the apartment was nice. The two bedroom/bathrooms were separated by the open kitchen, living, dining area. Nice balcony with mountain views. We didn't use it, but there was a grill on the patio.Good wi-fi and TV. There were games, books, and area brochures. Nadine was available on text and very responsive. The only small negative, which the host did disclose, was street noise in the evening. But, the fans and music helped cover it. 11pm to 6am was really very quiet.

Love Canmore!!

My daughter and I came out to Canmore for a couple of days to celebrate a birthday and bike the Legacy Trail! Our stay and adventure was absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend the condo!! It was completely supplied with anything and everything one could use or need, right from the kitchen to the bathrooms!! Highly recommended

This lovely condo is in the most perfect location, has excellent secure indoor parking, provides all you need for your stay, including bare spray for hikes. The unit is specious and well appointed and there’s everything you need in the kitchen. Communication with Nadine the host was excellent. All in all a great place to enjoy Canmore and the surrounding area.

Perfect Canmore Stay

This property is right in downtown Canmore with amazing views of the mountains from all windows. We could walk everywhere including to the Bow River which was just a couple blocks away. Our host, Nadine, was absolutely the best host we've ever encountered. She called us several weeks before to introduce herself and offer any help we might need in our planning. She put together the a terrific and thorough welcome packet with loads of information included. She responded immediately when we had questions. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this fabulous apartment and definitely Nadine!

AMAZING Property!

We had the best stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Canmore. You can easily walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condo has incredible views of the mountains from every room. Hosts were extremely hospitable, and communication was one of the best I've experienced with a VRBO host. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Great location, Wonderful stay.

This condo is in a great location, a block from Main Street with all the shops & restaurants. The unit comes with underground parking, so no worry about paying for street parking, when you want to hike or walk around town. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It’s a very comfortable home away from home. Nadine & Derek are great hosts. We had a lovely weekend here.

Convenient Canmore Location

We had a great stay at the property. Being only a block away from the 'main' street, we had easy convenience to Canmore and a launching point to all our Rockies adventures. We loved the artwork, spacious amenities, furnished games/guitar/etc. The garage parking was a nice perk for quick in/out. Great communication with Nadine; would definitely recommend and/or book again.

Excellent condo, awesome location, fantastic setting!

An excellent condo in one of the best vacation destination areas! Perfect for a family of 4 or two couples, the unit was clean, up to date, well decorated, well maintained - and in a fantastic location 1/2 block from shops, restaurants, and the downtown Canmore area - plus a nice parking area beneath the building. The location made walking to shops and restaurants super easy, and being 2 blocks away from the beautiful Bow River trails was a great feature. Putting all this in a gorgeous mountain setting makes it one of the best vacation rentals I have ever been able to visit! Thanks so much to our wonderful hosts for making this stay so awesome! :-)

The Perfect Stay

My family just returned from a 5 day stay at Nadine's condo and it was absolutely fantastic. The location alone, one block from Canmore's main street, would be enough to give it 5 stars. From that spot, the entire core of Canmore was walkable, with quick access to stores and restuaruants, as well as some beautiful trails and hikes. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the sun rise surrounded by mountain peaks was only equalled by enjoying the same sights at sunset. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a well stocked everything. The convieniece of a washer and dryer meant that we were able to pack light and avoid checked baggage charges for our flight. As well, for a famliy of three with a teenager who likes her alone time, the amount of space (with two seperated bedrooms) was perfect for our family. The fabulous kitchen space made it easy to prepare food and save a few dollars. Even better was the communication with Nadine- in all the years of using short term rentals, we have never had an owner check in with us to ensure that our stay met our expectations. The fact that she took time of her day to keep in touch throughout the trip is a testament to the importance she places on not just renting her space, but to making sure that we had the best possible experience. I cannot understate what a great place this was. When we return to Canmore, we will not hesitate to reach out to Nadine and return to this home away from home.

Wonderful hosts of a cool condo in the heart of Canmore. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and trails. Nice place to stay for visiting Banff National Park. Would stay here if in the area in the future.

One night in Canmore

Overall, this property was clean and comfortable for four adults. We were unable to use the TV, though, as the remotes were confusing and the internet was very slow. It's situated right downtown close to restaurants, businesses and the local transit loop. Parking was a bit tight for our pick up truck but we managed. The view is spectacular, of course.

Canmore Luxury

Four adults spent 5 nights together in a beautiful, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Canmore, Alberta. The facility was well stocked with kitchen conveniences and staples, games, books and local tourist information. It was very comfortably furnished, had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains and was centrally located so that we did not have to drive to access hiking trails, restaurants or shops. Underground parking was provided. Our host was responsive and welcoming.
