Open concept Italian gourmet kitchen with beautiful glossy quartz countertops and custom-built cabinetry and soft close drawers from Europe along with quality stainless steel appliances such as Miele conduction cooktop and steam oven along with a Bosch Dishwasher.

The main living area ties in with open dining and overlooks the city, water, and Granville Island with floor to ceiling windows. It consists of a stylish cozy couch, smart TV with calibration, and electric fireplace that offers both style and comfort. The dining area is equipped with roomy seating for 6.

Condo has plenty of natural sunlight throughout, wide wood plank floors from Italy, high 8” ceiling, 3 Smart TV’s with Calibration, and in-suite Miele washer and dryer.
