I was charged a parking fee after my stay with no mention of a fee. When told we have a car, the employee told us he’ll take care of it. Second, we are assigned an adjoining room where there seemed to be a party going on. Very loud, could hear through the walls

Room condition was awful.Looked like very little if any cleaning was done Toilet kept running, taps were hard to open and adjust. Sound proofing of the rooms were terrible. Exterior door to balcony would not lock. Some of the furniture were missing knobs. Lamps were hard to turn on and off, and one kept flickering. Restaurant facilities was totally, totally awful. A total rip-off. Never tasted such bad food in my life. Staff was somewhat "stand-offish" and not very helpful. I don't know how Hotel s.com could even list this facility.
