"Great hotel in downtown Toronto. Close to the streetcar and about 10 minute walk from Union station. The hotel itself is very modern and feels very new. Welcomed by the friendly staff and as soon as they realised it was a birthday celebration trip they gave us a card and nice chocolates. The room was everything we needed with a super comfortable bed. There was an issue with the AC which we reported and was quickly resolved. Breakfast had so many choices, Id have like some more fruit options but that is a small complaint. All in a great hotel with friendly staff, would highly recommend."
