It is 12:54. I’d like to go to sleep. I have been asleep twice so far tonight but keep being awoken by people in the hall and people trying to open our door (or just jumping into it?). I have called the front desk three times. Two staff, at 12am, told me I could go to bed and security would make sure there are no disturbances. Here we are. Terrible hotel.

Couch in room was so comfortable. Very spacious. Pool was chilly but enjoyable. We ordered food for dinner; they called the room to let us know it was ready. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Wonderful staff!

Lovely hotel, great staff. Comfortable and clean 2 night stay while we were in Ottawa for a hockey game. Complimentary breakfast was also very tasty. Loved the pool. I will be back!
