We were in town for a community radio station summit and enjoyed the location, the local restaurants, the pleasant people and atmosphere!

Hi Shawn, I believe that you were a noshow for your reservation at our hotel, and having used a 3rd party booking platform to make your booking, were unable to cancel your reservation and have your cancellation fee waived. I am going by the name on the reservation and the dates your were booked - we had no other Shawn booked with us during that time. If there is another reason for the low rating, I would love to hear from you.

Noisy furnace fan.
Posted Jan. 8, 2024 on HotelsThe furnace in our room created a piercing noise every time that the fan came on, about every 15 minutes and it would last for about 5 minutes. We were unable to get a good night sleep.

Great close location to shopping. Good Xmas vibe at night from Sydney. Sleepy town tho all shops close down by 5.
