The Space:

Snow settles quietly over the trees above Whistler Village, and inside, firelight reflects off tall windows framing the mountain landscape. After a day in the alpine air, you step into warmth, peel off winter layers, and let the stillness of the forest set the pace for the evening. The feeling is calm and grounded - close to the village, yet tucked away from its energy.



The main living space is designed for gathering and unwinding. Vaulted ceilings create a sense of openness, while the indoor fireplace anchors the room and draws everyone together after time outdoors. Comfortable seating invites long conversations or a relaxed night in front of the TV, and air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort regardless of the weather outside. Large windows bring in natural light during the day and frame snowy treetops as evening falls.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and slow mornings. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances offer a practical, welcoming space to cook, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out or a simple dinner at the end of the day. A dining table seats six for sit-down meals, and additional bar seating allows others to linger nearby with a coffee or glass of wine.



Outdoor space and hot tub

Step out onto the deck and feel the crisp mountain air. The outdoor space includes seating, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub that’s especially inviting in winter. Soaking here after skiing or exploring the village is a favorite ritual - steam rising as dusk settles over the valley and the lights of Whistler glow below.



Sleeping arrangements

The top-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and closet, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed bathtub, overhead shower, and single vanity. On the lower level, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a queen bed and a twin bed, making it well suited for families or mixed groups. A full bathroom with a bath-shower combination serves the lower level, and a powder room on the main floor adds convenience.



Comfort, work, and convenience

In-suite laundry, wifi, and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote work. A smart lock allows for self check-in. Parking is provided via a free on-site garage, and the garage includes space for gear storage, ideal during ski season.

Set just above Whistler Village near the Westin Resort and Spa, the townhouse offers a peaceful setting with easy access to shops, restaurants, and gondolas about a 12-minute walk away. The Whistler base is a short drive or taxi ride, and seasonal ski access is available via a trail connecting the neighborhood to the Lower Olympic run, depending on snow conditions.



This is a place to slow down, warm up, and experience Whistler in winter - mornings with coffee and mountain views, afternoons spent outdoors, and evenings by the fire or in the hot tub as snow falls quietly around you.



- Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi.

- Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run.

- The ski-in route does not lead directly into the neighbourhood; the trail ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights.

- Ski-out requires guests to climb the same stairs and return via the trail to reconnect with the Lower Olympic Run.

- Ski access is seasonal, typically open late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain.
