The room was clean and modern. There was a slight smell in the hotel that lingered, but the room and bathroom were good. We booked for two nights, and on night 2, our keycards didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk to get them updated. We thought parking and breakfast were including, but parking was 17$ for the night, and breakfast was offered by a pop up independent bakery type that wasn’t free. Overall, good stay, room was clean and safe. I’d stay again, but find different parking close to the hotel.

Bon séjour pour un bon prix

Je vais être honnête, l'hôtel est en rénovation, rénovation majeure. Nous avons réserver à cet hôtel car nous avions la possibilité d'avoir une suite pour moins de 200$. L'hôtel était un super hôtel dans les années 80, d'ou les rénovations majeures. Notre chambre (PH) était au dernier étage et bénéficiaire d'un petit balcon avec vue sur la rivière. La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain spatieuse et propre, bons produits offerts pour la douche. La cuisine est bien équipée, mais pas utilisée outre le frigidaire. Le salon est grand (un petit manque au niveau de l'épousettage, mais rien de grave). Nous avons demander des draps supplementaires pour le divan-lit et nous les avons reçus rapidement. Petit problème de télécommandes pour les télévisions, mais ceux-ci ont été réglés rapidement. Le personnel est très réactif. Le seul désagrément est l'ascenseur qui a un problème bien connu par l'hôtel et un avis à cet effet dans les ascenseur, mais le bruit et la fibration surprend et inquiète, même si nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les ascenseurs. Tout compte fait nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et avons hâte d'y retourner lorsque les rénovations seront complétées. Je recommande mais en ayant l'esprit ouvert.
