Humain side was good but it needs investments on rénovation. For 500$ / 2 nigths having a chaire all broken in the room was unacceptable. + we were charge 28$ for parking. Won’t Côme back for sure

Overall poor experience from requesting early check in, to filthy founds outside to one towel in my room, with only one blanket and not a true mattress fitted sheet. A flat sheet draped over the mattress, one flat sheet and a thin “comforter’. Ice machine and pop machine on floor 8 not working with no warning or signs. 30 minutes to check in after I was there and hour early and not allowed to “check in”. Came back and waited in line. Poorly run and an overall unpleasant experience. I will never stay there again. Pay a few more dollars and stay anywhere else in the area.

There was lots of room in the Underground parking. The EV FLOW stations look to be reserved for government employees but on the weekend were open. ChargePoint charging were offline.

My room with kitchen is very spacious with large windows, has good view. Front desk staff are nice. Hotel location is good with the price I had. Will come back next time if the price won’t go up a lot.
