"The room was as expected for a hotel of this level and we enjoyed the Options Jazz Bar on Saturday night, but i feel like the positives ended there. The pet policy was very restrictive almost to the point of being ridiculous. A $250 cleaning fee held on my credit card on top of the $25/pet/day plus a no barking policy... My poor pups were anxious for our whole stay because we took all precautions to jeep them from reacting to people passing in the hallway. My room choice on hotels.com was for 2 queen beds but when I checked in they said my reservation was for a king bed, so we paid $15/day for a rollaway cot.
