"We're undergoing renos, there are fans on" and, "We have towels right here, you should have called us". No time or desire to argue about this. Yes. Normally, a quick call works. But what if your clients are there to sleep and then need to quickly shower and leave, can they expect they'll be able to do this when they book a room in your hotel? "
