The listing shows that is all inclusive. Upon arrival , I found out that the food and drinks were not included. The prices for food and drinks are high but they are of good quality. Each alcoholic drink is around $20. Please remove all inclusive from the listing.

I loved everything about this resort. The people were friendly and helpful and genuine. The facilities were lovely. If you complain about his place, you have problem because it is amazing.

My wife and I had previously visited Mayakoba staying at a different hotel, but chose the Andaz Mayakoba this time to celebrate her birthday. I must say that from the moment we arrived at the resort we were greeted by friendly and helpful employees. Each one at the resort made the experience unforgettable and it was a fabulous way to celebrate my wife's birthday...from balloons under our umbrella at the beach along with confetti and singing, to flower balloons in the hotel room with two miniature dessert cakes on her birthday. The hotel staff was energetic, fun, knowledgeable about the Mayakoba area, and totally went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The beautiful hotel has a somewhat modern vibe to it. The main restaurant, Casa Amate was quaint, romantic and had quite a unique list of menu options. Loved the Beef Pachamanca! The restaurant at the pool beach area had great fish tacos and a full bar.
Even though everyone treated us well, I would like to specifically mention Daniel at the front desk, David, Luis, Mike, Pablo and Ramon at the beach area and JJ as our golf cart driver. Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay special, and will always have a warm lasting impression for our time at the beautiful Andaz Mayakoba.
