Very nice room very clean. The service is excellent even the house cleaner was exceptional. I recommend who has a family go reserve this hotel. And of course this is not my last visit. I'll be back.

I am a woman of colour. In the last 5 years or more I've noticed a pattern where I am consistently placed in the worst rooms, always with the claim “sorry, we're full!”. This experience was no different. I was put on the main floor in the very 1st room of the hotel, beside the breakfast area, across from the elevator and 1 room down from the laundry room. The hotel had about 8 floors… I also paid for a suite. I noticed a black couple and their toddler who arrived after me were sent around the corner from me and an Asian couple who arrived even later was sent upstairs. Its high time attention is brought to these micro (macro!)-sggressions! I now reluctant to leave my house since I'm consistently paying money to be treated like a second class citizen
