The ground floor room was convenient for loading/unloading the car using the patio doors. For security the patio doors had both a lock and a bar. The breakfast provided a choice.

Fine for cost.

Fine stay for the price, but some odd things that could have been better. Half filled (or used) complimentary products in the bathroom. Bath tub does not drain correctly (slow or clogged). Overall comfortable bed and room in decent shape, just out of date.

Breakfast was ok. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty clean except for the bathtub. There was black mold showing around the mat in the tub. Those mats need removed and cleaned underneath.

Hotel is close to shopping and quick access to highway. Washroom needs some upgrades, especially toilet seat. Overall no other issue, staff waa very friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE! As soon as we entered the room, it smelled musty. The carpet felt damp. We tried opening the door, turning on the air higher and nothing took the smell out. They were cobwebs in the rooms and in the halls. It was an awful experience. Did not expect this from a comfort Inn. We were also told we were getting two queen beds and the beds were doubles. I’m a little bit surprised this is on Expedia website. I used to think Comfort Inn was one of those middle of the road hotels that you could rely on. I don’t think I would ever stay in another one again.

I was welcomed and the staff was incredible. The room was in great shape but I was alarmed at the various dark stains on the mattress. The staff switched me to another room after letting them know.

The bath tub was not clean. Probably because it appeared old so not good for cleaning Switch plates in the bathroom were very dirty - easily cleaned with a wet wipe by me. Bedding was very clean - redeeming feature of our stay. The hotel was reasonably clean - staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate to poor. Surrounding area is under huge construction which is going to be continuing for some time. This must be making it difficult to operate a clean building. No complaints were made at the property - didn’t feel it would help as the staff had enough to deal with contending with the construction.

The hotel is nicely located not too far from Downtown London, there are also many places around the area to eat and to have fun. We got a room on the second floor, that definitely pass its best moments a few years ago. The hotel itself didn't look too clean or lighted. The pictures are a few years old and the quality is not as expected. The buffet was lacking many fruits and all the food seemed to be a few days old. Luckily for us we made the comment and they brought fresh food when required. I hope they do better soon, as I would avoid the place if they don't show up some improvements. The good things: Good Location, Free parking and somehow something to eat.
