I was extremely disappointed with our stay. This property really needs to close down temporarily so management can properly address the many issues. The first room we were given had an exposed ceiling which is completely unacceptable. When we went back to the front desk, we were told that room should never have been assigned to us in the first place. We were then given a second room, which was supposedly an upgrade, but when we walked in, the furniture was dusty and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet was in such a disgusting state that we couldn’t believe we were being asked to stay there. We returned to the front desk again. All they offered was a $40 discount and to send maintenance to clean the toilet. We declined the $40 because it was nowhere near an appropriate compensation for the multiple issues we encountered. The maintenance worker was kind and did clean the toilet, but that should never have been necessary in the first place. We were told to call the manager on Monday morning to discuss it further. I have called the hotel every day since we checked out and no one has ever returned my call. Every time, I’m told the manager is unavailable. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the condition it’s in, it is absolutely overpriced and not worth the frustration.

The booked room was not ready due to "leaks". I had to change rooms. The AC was broken and room temperatures climbed over 25 degrees with no solution provided by staff. There was no hot water for bathing in the entire building. Room keys did not work even after 6 attempts, required escort from a janitor. Again no solution. Elevators get periodically stuck. After bringing issues to the attention of the staff they flatly said they were sorry there was nothing they could do, as managers aren't on duty on weekends. The only known manager refused to speak to me on the phone, instead had another desk agent raise their voice and refuse accountability.
