We chose this area for the beach but found this resort disappointing as it was not maintained like surrounding resorts. Food options were limited, many repeat items at various restaurants, below average quality. While some staff were friendly and helpful, most were not. Facilities were decent and clean. Will not return to a Catalonia resort after this experience.

Great little resort
Really wonderful place to stay with children. Small resort so it was relaxing to let the children run wild. The pool was incredible, we all agreed it was the best pool we had ever been at on a resort. Warm with a good mix of shallow beach like which was perfect for small kids but there was also a deep part for older kids. The food was ok, limited lunch options by the pool so if you wanted something more substantial you would have to come to the buffet. We loved the kids club though the programming was limited but this is understandable given how small the resort is. The young women who ran the programs: Chloe, Beatrice, Dora and Daniela were so phenomenal with our children that they themselves are a reason to go back. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed the integration of resort style modern amenities with a jungle and wildlife friendly environment. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond for any requests. Additionally, the attention to detail regarding food allergies was better than anywhere we've experienced.
