Property has some internal rules that are only presented to you when you checkin and either you accept them or you don’t get a room, if you don’t agree then you have no options (no where shown upon booking), internet was intermittent, phone on the room was not working, extra pillow and blanket dirty and smelly.

Overall, it good place to stay. I wanted more active resort hotel, not aware that it is essentially a hoyel with a couple restaurants. I wouldnt say it is the typical large all inclusive resorts. I did enjoy the food. Choices were limited but delicious. Staff was great. Walking distance to beach. This place has sister resorts in which you need to play extra for access and/or transit to. If you just want to chill and do nothng, this is place for you.

Staff was top tier! Did not encounter a single staff remember who was not going above and beyond. My only complaint is the noise at night from the place across the street- I understand this is a party town but I also like to get some sleep while on vacation. Ask for a room on a different street - food was good, did not LOVE the Italian. This was our 5th trip to playa but first all inclusive. We decided while it was nice to have all inclusive that we would much rather venture to the surrounding areas for food/drinks because there are SO many options. Would stay again just not all inclusive, would need to make sure I had a quieter room though. Also nice to visit the sister hotel in playacar for a great beach day.

The property was very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The staff could have been a bit more proactive with the guests. It was unclear that we needed the hostess to seat us at the rooftop pool and we were ignored the first day. Once we got the concierge involved, we were treated great! The spa was lovely. We joined the vacation club while there and are planning two more trips this year in June and October!

This was an outstanding experience! Staff is very present and caring, the room service is super meticulous the food was great and had many options. Overall awesome vibe, perfect for people that want to have fun and be in the middle of the tourist area. They even offered us a free transport to the airport, free hydrotherapy at their spa and a day pass at their other locations. Highly recommend

Excellent in most ways. Food quality was second to none. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. Location was great, if not directly adjacent to the beach. The only issue was the music by the pool: it blares in a high monotonous pitch as if it were a night club for 10 consecutive hours. Great to dance, hardly a balm for the spirit if you are ver want relaxation by the pool. It may work for many, this was just too much for us, hoping to just relax.

Very Noisy room from 6pm to 1am!

We were given a choice. Noisy room across from pubs with a view 3rd floor, or a room quieter without a view on the main floor. Wife chose view which was only visible from looking along the hotel from the balcony. The noise was ongoing until 1 am. One needs earplugs. We won’t be staying here any more. Note 4 night stay, and two other hotel stays to make a 12 day vacation. We won’t be going to this one, rather one of the others we stayed at

Place was beautiful and convenient to beach and shopping. Staff was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that they offered late checkout via an email they sent me and when I went to the desk they said it was not available, they got my hopes up on a late checkout but not delivering.
