Great week's stay!

Friendly staff, especially Ismael at the breakfast buffet. All very helpful! Beautiful room renovations! Very attractive and comfortable! We will be back the next time we visit family in Surrey.

Comfortable.

It was a pleasant stay with an okay breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the desk chair that rolled so nicely. I was having trouble getting around because of a leg injury.

Room was fine. Nothing noteworthy. Breakfast was fairly standard but everything was fresh and good. Area around the hotel left a lot to be desired. Not much here. Hotel was overpriced for the area and amenities.

Booked pet friendly room through Expedia only to be told on arrival, the suite I booked wasn’t pet friendly and she moved me to another, not a big deal, but her communication skills were poor. There was only one baggage cart, which was already in use, I asked for another one and she said I’d have to wait for another one, I waited for 15 mins and still nothing, in the end, a kind stranger helped me. The room was like an echo chamber and very noisy. Although clean, you can tell the Reno was done in the cheap. Lots of car window glass on the parking lot floor. Looks like they have frequent car break-ins.

It was a lovely property. There were some setbacks such as no cutlery, plates, cups and kitchen items were provided in the rooms with kitchen. Due to construction in the surrounding area, it was a bit noisy.

Good hotel, so-so Breakfast

The main breakfast room attendant is a real pain. (Not our first visit). He spends more time chatting at guests who might want to be left alone, and talking about himself, than he does putting the food out or checking the empty coffee pots. Unasked, he went around pouring syrup on people’s waffles. Meanwhile, we had to ask at the front desk to get coffee.
