The property needs some TLC, we stayed at room 1306 and had strong sewerage smell that it was hard to sleep in, unless you close the bathroom door and cover the shower drainage. Room itself needed some extra touch ups but we did not care. The bad smell killed everything. Staff not very helpful and /or courteous. We will probably not stay there again.

Worst hotel ever
The photos online look nothing like this rundown unkept property. The people working there are rude. We had no blankets for 3 days. They said they had none. Couldn't get clean beach towels. Said they had none. There are no chairs by the pools. Broken down chairs on the beach. There are zero amenities at this place. I didn't really expect much for the price but they didn't have bottled water, coffee maker or hair dryers. Told us we could use the beach chairs in front of the beach club but they told us everyday that we had to move they were reserved yet wouldn't let us reserve them for the next day. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The location is great but i would never return to this hotel again. I'm not a very picky person and usually only really want a place to sleep, but this place is absolutely horrendous 😫

We loved this hotel. We had a corner room to see the beach. The only problem was the pool was be redone but it was ok we enjoyed the beach the whole time. But whoever comes now they have a redone pool and it looks amazing!

Great location
The beach was beautiful! Great location to walk to town and restaurants. The hotel is a bit worn down, but kept really clean. Always had hot water. I wish they had coffee in the lobby. For those that get up early, there is no where to get anything in town until after 7am. Not sure why they don't have any chairs or loungers by the pool? The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the price was great.

The bathroom stink terribly, a lot of humidity, not enough airing. This hostel needs a refresh on a lot of different things (mold, holes in walls, paint...) However it is not that expensive for the location access to the beach club, great to enjoy the sun on the beach. If you are ready to make concessions, then this is a good spot.

The pictures that are used on Expedia to show the rooms and pool area are false. The rooms are very basic. Very clean. A/C works well. Mini fridge and tv need to be plugged in when you arrive. Pool area furniture needs to be replaced as does beach lounge furniture. Nobody uses the pool anyway. That said I would return because the price can’t be beat for the location. Friendly staff and the best snorkeling I have ever experienced.
