Really enjoyed the stay. As always. We always go to Riu hotels when we travel and they never disappoint. The staff is great and you can actually see it in their faces that they enjoy what they are doing, the food is great, the atmosphere is great, you cannot go wrong with Riu. That’s why we don’t look elsewhere when we travel.

The location was beautiful. I had such a fabulous time. I have not one complaint and the staff was fantastic. I will be looking to book with a RIU hotel again.
The view is magnificent.
Our room was so comfy and a great size.
The food was delicious with the buffet and the restaurants. The restaurants were top notch.

This was my first time staying at RIU Palace Pacifico and I had a wonderful time. There were lots of good dining options. The service from drinks to food was great, but also it was a very clean and comfortable experience.

We enjoyed the three pool setup - we could choose our pool based on what we wanted to do each day. We never had an issue getting 6 loungers in the shade together. Our only complaint was dinner on the last night - they are prepared for seating parties of 2 or 4 easily, but a group of 6 seems to be very challenging for every dining space other than the buffet. Despite "The Steakhouse" having almost no one in the dining area, we were first on the wait list and waited over 2 hours to be seated. Frustrating that they couldn't have pushed together two tables to accommodate us when there were very few people in there. Other than that last meal, the other places were able to seat us within 30 minutes. The crowd was a bit older, though a lot of younger (like 18-year olds) showed up on the last day we were there. The Foam Party was the most fun I've had in a long time! We would definitely go back!

The property was super clean, and all the staff was kind and helpful! The food and drinks were alright, very hit or miss. The DJ was also very loud at night even all the way up in our rooms. Overall I would say a 7/10! :)
