The property and staff were amazing. Staff was polite and and prompt. Property was clean and well kept. Only complaint was our shower would leak and run on the floor in our room. I feel like the language barrier was a problem in getting that fixed. Besides that little issue the stay was amazing and we will be going back

First time trying an AI resort, and if this is what is expected from one, then it will be the last. Food was torture, often impossible to eat, I gave up and went outside the resort for food. Drinks are hit and miss, depends on the attitude of the barman as to how your drink will be prepared, but I guess when you have already paid you cant complain.

It was a clean facility and nice location. Poor food options - the restaurants reservations were booked out and you can only book the day before. Booked a dinner upgrade which was multiple hundred dollars which was still average. Most irritating thing was lack of hot water. Called facilities and they came and fixed it and it was still lukewarm never hot. Other family members had hot water and others said they had hot water so seems to just be luck of the draw. Paid $250 to upgrade room when we got there and have access to “VIP” yet when asked for anything other then well liquor we were told we that we didn’t have the right wrist band.
