My family and l spent 3 nights at this resort. We were very pleased by ALL of the staff there! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The hotel its located in the main Zona Hotelera area of Cancun. There was so much to do at the resort. My 7 year old son had a blast participating in the many child friendly activities. This is an all inclusive resort, food and drinks included. The restaurants were amazing, they also have a very 24hr cafe/pastry. My favorite part was definetly the service tho!

The place was very clean. The staff was super friendly and always trying to help if they couldn’t understand what we wanted. Thumbs up on that. The food at the buffet was ok…… good sometimes but you can always make something to your liking. The restaurants was a 4 star for me. Being Italian and eating someone else version of Italian was a bit challenging. Overall it was good. For things to do beside going else where and paying large amount of money I wasn’t happy about. The entertainment need improvement especially for the younger teenage crowd, game room is needed with pool tables and other type off games. Luckily, I had VIP access to the lounge which kept the 14-year-old and the 17-year-old busy at times. Beside the main bar in the lobby it wasn’t really much to do. Need improvement for sure. They did have a show one night that lasted only an hour. Karaoke a couple of nights at the lobby bar. Overall the staff and the staff on the beach was amazing. That alone made the trip fun. Thank you to the staff.

Customer service was top notch! Romi checked us in and then worked with us to upgrade our location. She continued to help us with all we needed. Mario at the The Sunset restaurant was fabulous!! All the bellmen were friendly and worked hard.

Great stay. Food was fair to good. Service was great. Pool and beach chairs are a real problem. Must reserve your chairs by 7:30am or you likely won't get one. Cabanas were the ticket with above average service and comfort.

Family of 4. 4 & 6yrs and both had tons to do. Kids camp was their favorite. The staff was amazing. I signed up for a facial with Martha and she was heavenly. I still rate this as excellent but 1 downside was the pitch they try and sell you to become loyalty members. Waste of my 90 mins as that is something I won't ever participate in anywhere. And i understand that every hotel does a pitch but wish my husband would have let me pass on the entire meeting. I still give 10/10 because overall it was amazing.
