I loved my experience at nyx hotel the staff were from the moment the took us in starting with Estela at the reception letting us upgrade our room for a great price at last minute and the entertainment guys rocked both Marco and Rodrigo and my favourite staff member from the deck has to be Abimael he was great and always checked up on us during our our whole stay!!! Thank you guys once again for the amazing experience!!

Everything about this NYX Cancun Hotel was amazing. The atmosphere, the food, the staff and entertainment options were great!!! I would just recommend to the menagement not to separate the menu in restaurants for ALL INCLUSIVE guests. All inclusive guests should not pay any additional costs for any food.

NYX is a smaller resort, right on the beach.We found the staff here very friendly and accomodating, probably the best service we've had in all the years we've been vacationing in Mexico. The resort is built into a hill, so there are a lot of steps....daunting for this senior with compromised mobility. Our room was very spacious, bed comfortable. The food at NYX is very good and with plenty of variety. The two "reservations only" restaurants were both fabulous, The Umami Japanese Restaurant was a real treat because of the chef's fireshow etc and seeing our meal prepared in front of us. One of the things we liked about NYX is its location in the heart of the Hotel Zone, only a few blocks from the upscale La Isla Shopping mall . We could, also, hop on a bus just outside of the hotel, and get a ride to the Markets. Overall, we'd recommend this resort for young and middle aged adults. We saw several children, not enough to make it fun for them.
